from 1 July any act of sale must include a certificate of energy saving which every house in Italy will eventually need and should be displayed next to the numero civico of the property.
What you need are the visure catastale of your land - the easiest way is to do it by soggetto - ie you - and it will give you a nice map of what you own. If you want to PM me your codice fiscale and your province and comune, and email address Ill try and do you one this weekend. The map you need are the Military maps which are the best - and most detailed - but they are only sold by specialist outlets - you need to find a cartoleria which sells maps by the Istituto Geografico Militare - they're not cheap but they're the best, highest res 1:25000 maps there are.
it all depends on how long you have had residency in your comune. If you have had residency for more than hal the time you have owned the house then there is no problem. However, if you turn your house into a second home for letting, and do not buy another prima casa within a year you lose your prima casa agevolazione for good.
April 25, 1 May and 2 June and 15 August, 25 December and 1 Jan are to be celebrated whichever day of the week they fall on. All other holidays must be celebrated on the nearest Sunday, if at all. This also goes for padronal saints days, with the exception of Milan and Rome who keep their special status. Palermo has refused to celebrate Santa Rosalia on a Sunday, but have no exemption, nor does Napoli and they seem set to have Gennaro's liquefaction on the right day. What the sanctions will be for unlawfully celebrating your local saint, nobody seems to know.
Of course this is the Telegraphs favourite subject, but takes no account of the effect of a eurozone breakup on sterling, which would undoubtedly hit the British economy very hard. Its not as though sterling would remain in its glass bubble untouched by other events!
it depends where you are. I have a bombolone in comodato d'uso - there is no premium on not using much gas - you pay for what you buy, when you buy it, but obviously i am tethered to the company who has given me the bombolone. I chose to have an above ground one, which must be on a concrete base, with a fence etc etc -
The law on condominium states that if there are more than 2 flats on a staircase you need to have a condominium with administrator, agm and all that. 2 or fewer and no condo is required.
This summer the new airport at Comiso open near Ragusa. Jet2 will be flying from Manchester, and Ryanair will be flying from everywhere, plus other low cost airlines. The airport is for charter and low cost with scheduled lines flying into Catania - it will certainly help to open up this part of Sicily.

I think you have to pay for an insertion in the for sale section, which is probably why it disappears - i take you mean censored and not censured.
