Thanks for the reply , yes unit rates are similar unfortunately replacing the tiles is the cheaper part of the quote, most of the cost appears to be scaffolding, disposal of the tiles and the VAT.

Thanks for the reply, yes all that's included, I can understand it is a big job it's just that the quote is probably 2/3 times what it would be in the UK
