Hi. We have a small 2/3 bedroom house, fully renovated and furnished, with fantastic mountain/village views from the terrace, for sale in Benabbio, approximately 5km from Bagni di Lucca. There's a great pizzeria nearby, and the village also has a bar/restaurant, 2 shops and a further summer bar. We're asking euro 125,000, but are open to offers! Please don't be afraid to view!
I don't believe that you can pm or email within the current Q&A forum, which is a great pity. The ability to contact members privately is really essential to any forum, but unfortunately Italymag don't seem to appreciate this.

Hi Celia. Yes, our house is still for sale. We were out in Italy in February/March, but sadly I'm not sure when we'll next visit. The agent's details are still as per the original post. I will dig out some additional photos. I''m not sure how to send a personal message on this 'new' forum, if in fact you can do, but somehow I'll get the photos to you!
Hi. We too normally do the France, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland route, and incur no tolls, other than the annual Swiss Vignette, until Italy (where the alternative routes are soooooooo slow that we sadly give up on trying to avoid tolls!). Maggi, I suggest that you get yourself a good Europe map book which differentiates between toll roads and non-tolled motorways (or at least show the toll booths so you can second guess the road category). Also the AA website provides (or at least, used to) a list of current toll charges by country and road number, so you can use this list in conjunction with a map to plan a route. Sadly, I think you'll spend much more by trying to stay on smaller roads, as the trip will take substantially longer - we've tried it and camped along the way, just for the craic! The above route is still quite direct, and fast...

I too have the same problem. Log/sign in, and the website then works correctly.
