Hi all,Im hoping some kind soul can point me in the right direction to find out the rules on opening a B&B in Le MarcheIve been advised by a comercialista that the best way to rent my home is on a B&B basis, because I live on site!I wonde
I hope this post does not offend the powers that be, but I am not sure how to ask Italy mag directly, so I thought if the query was posted here, then the question might get answered by them or someone in the know I was thinking about various other
Hi All, Im hoping a green fingered wizz might be able to answer my query. I have about 50 Olive trees, but I need to make room for building a small dog kennels & cattery business.
Just a quick hi to the site, it seems Im confined to playing on the net while watching chunks of snow falling. I just checked back 7 years (in boredom) for my region & this is the coldest march so far.
Ciao All, Thanks for taking time out to help me. I had heard some rumours about certain regs, i.e minimum size rooms & minimum headroom, & problem I may have with staircase etc etc. Im just hoping that if certain rooms dont comply, I can just ask for those rooms to be omitted from the scheme & I hope that the rooms that dont comply, dont stop me from getting the general permission. Anyway, I would very much like to buy the swedish folks a coffe or vino & pick their brains for 20 minutes if they acceptable to a meet!. All the best Danno
Hi Fillide, I guess no urgency on my part as a little more dust build up on my stuff for sale will easily wipe off. But I think if management are willing to set something up, then hopefully it will be something worth waiting for as it should have more functions then we would be able to implement. Im glad u r also up for the idea
I guess its like the old saying, the more you put in the more you get back. This holds true big time where my learning italian is concerned. I am making steady progress, but it is very easy to get impatient when you turn on the radio & think what the hell was that about, & this should not happen after living here for over 3 years. But I think the moral to that is turn the radio on more often. Just wish you could pay to have a chip implanted with the language of your choice, and save tanti tanti ore
Hi guys, Im glad theres a little interest, although may be not enough ring any alarm bells! I think the 2 new groups could work, but firstly I did not want to accidentally infringe any policies that the website may have & secondly thought that if it were set up by the powers that be, they might be able to make it more functional by adding a few bells & whistles. But if we dont get a reply by management here or in my personal box! perhaps we can assume its OK to set up the basic two groups discussed. Anyone else that thinks it should go ahead, please let us know
Oh Well, I did put it to the man in charge as suggested, but no feed back as yet. Suppose he must be busy. I guess if enough people think its a good idea by adding to the post, then it has more chance of happening.
Hi Dylano, I have jigged things around to allow me to have small kennels area close to the trees, this area can be increased when the times right, so there is no urgency for me to dig up the trees. However, if you know of a buyer at some point, they are there & waiting for the right home. We harvested them the season before last & got amazing oil, which I am still enjoying daily. Anyway, please keep it in mind. All the best
Hi KarenR, any info from hubby much apreciated, & thanks for advice colonel mustard, but I am keeping perimeter trees & they will provide me more oil then I need. I just need space for concrete base & money to fund project, so I guess I will just have to find them something else to scratch. Ciao for now Dan
Thanks KarenR. I Hate to de-value house by selling them, but sometimes its a case of how to make the best out of a situation. If I can get anything like that figure, I will be a happy bunny. I gave circumfrences of trunks today, to potential buyer, which are between 70-95 cm. Although Im not sure if this is in the same class as the ones your husband sourced. Cheers for info
It sounds like barb & Ken may be pool experts! but in my opinion of owning & looking after pool for a couple of years, prevention REALLY IS better then cure, & I dont see how flocculante will cure the algae that is now probably attached to your liner/tiles. So I agree with elliven, I reckon draining down may be quickest easiest solution. you are Gonna waste a few hundred euros of water, but im not sure a robot is gonna be good enough if algae has properly taken hold. So if you bite the bullet & start from scratch by refilling, it will probably be a quicker easier task
