Last week I went to check on our house outside falerone: Ok House is stretching it a bit, lets say "part restored farmhouse". I was a lttle scared when I heard a noise upstairs.
Hi, I am shocked at the price of our gas from the bomolonne and want to get Italgas in fro all of the apartments. I wanted to get in touch with Italgas but the number on the site is only for gas escapes and not available from outside Italy.
I can reccomend a place in Civitanova, off the beach or, if you are going south, two in porto San Giorgio For Civ, use the hotel on the eastern end of the main piazza called Miramare. Excellent fish, especially in guazetto. In PSG either the resto in Hotel Royal or my favorite, campanelli in the centre. The details are on tripadvisor as i did a review on it Buon appetito F
Hi Pa55. I just blocked the internal wall so that she can't get trapped in the loft. The external access is open for her. I am going back next month and, if it is possible, will get a camera lens in and send a pic Now I need to figure how to upload a pic from my computer as the last attempt failed

Hi, you might also be liable for a 30% penalty on the 6% difference in the IVA (1.8% of the purchase price) for failing to become a resident in 18 months F
There are important things in your home. It has to be safe and it has to work with you. I have seen so many places where you can just see that a geometra has been at work: tell tale things: radiators blocking places where you will want a cupboard, shower areas that wont allow for a glass door and routes around the house that will be illogical as soon as you move in. I have seen this in very expensive properties (millions) as well as more normal houses. I would not move without an architect but 12%, even with an engineer is high unless he is really very in demand. I can recommend Roberto Frolla whose studio is in porto San Giorgio and who works through southern marche. PM if you need anything. regardless of what you do, walk through plans very carefully and make sure that there is provision for changes in services because the house will be there for years and your needs will change fabrizio
