I will have a go:
suncream = crema solare.... which could also be "lozione solare" or "olio solare" depending on the consistency
sunblock.... here I am not totally certain, but the expression "filtro UV" is used on creams and lotions with sun protection.
I will add some more expressions:
suntanned: abbronzato (a)
sunburnt: scottato (a).... particularly when painful
sun-stroke: colpo di sole... or insolazione

scottato come una aragosta = British
In reply to A newbie all over again! by Annec
l'astice would be the right one to ask for if you want one with big juicy claws (Homarus vulgaris) not l'aragosta (Palinurus vulgaris) which has no large claws and is known as a spiny lobster.

Which one is deep red in colour once it is cooked? Possibly both... but that would be the colour that describes "scottato". Actually, the root of the word is "cotto" or "cottura" which means cooked or cooking, and you can use the same "scottato/a word as an adjective for any burnt food as well....
