Restrictions on liquids aren't for security. They're part of the "security theatre" to reassure passengers.
After all, if 500ml of liquid explosive can destroy an airliner (which it can), then five 100ml containers should be forbidden (which they aren't).

I really don't mind the restrictions providing it makes travel safer. You can easily fit in your needs for a couple of days within current restrictions. As for "limoncello".... perhaps you should start making it at home, Sally, it is not difficult providing you can find untreated lemons....
