Good Afternoon All. My partner and I recently purchased a small rustico with some land in Molise. We used an English speaking avvacato (whom I would gladly recommend to anyone buying in the area) and had a survey of the property undertaken by a local geometra. We thought we had covered all bases by having the survey done but have had little in the way of luck with the property since our purchase - structural issues, new roof, etc.Our most recent issue was discovering that there was a significant leak in the mains water pipe between our meter and our house which are about half a km apart and crosses two fields (one ours and the other belonging to our farmer neighbour). Having spoken with the comune we understand that the responsibility for repair is ours and I wonder if anyone in the area could recommend a company or companies who could quote for and carry out this work?Our other neighbour (who recently stripped us of a large sum of money for some shoddy work) insists that the whole pipe should be replaced, rather than a localised repair, as it's been repaired a number of times in the past. He is of course happy to do this work but can't give a proper quote nor advise when he can do the work as the field is currently planted with crops.  I would sleep better having a few quotes in my hand from professional companies for this work but can't seem to find any locally and the comune won't recommend anyone.Any advice/contacts would be greatly appreciated.Lee
