The 23 best players chose for the Team of the Tournament included nine from Spain, which won the cup with a 1-0 victory over Germany Sunday night, three from Germany, four from the Russia squad, two from the Netherlands and Portugal and, aside from Italy, one each from Croatia and Tuirkey
