My husband and I are New York City

My husband and I are New York City residents formally retiring in September. We have visited Sicily 4 out of the last 5 years and decided  we'd like to retire in Trapani by or before Jan. 2018.We are looking to rent  a  I bedroom/1bath plus furnished  apartment, with a terrace (not just a balcony) in an elevator building, in the Centro Citta of Trapani, near the sea, for a year. We will need a years lease agreement. If anyone out there has a property they are willing to rent for a year, please get in touch.
