Are there any motels on Italian Autostrada?

Hi,does anyone know if there is a chain of motels on Italian Autostradas? My husband is driving down from UK in July and wants an over night stop north of Milan on the motorway, but not a hotel as he wants to check out about 5am.Rosietat

there's a small motel just off the autostrada at Lodi if that's any help.

Depending on what route he takes, we could advise on locations. If he's coming via Switzerland, places like the Moevenpick Hotel Touring in Chiasso may be suitable .

He is coming through Switzerland, and has actually now found somewhere close to Biasca. He was intending to drive continually, as he has before but with a friend, taking turns, but it is too far when you are alone.Thanks everyone for your adviceRosietat
