Clements car insurance

We have insured our car with Clements International Insurance for the past five years and previously had found them to be really helpful. However, at the beginning of this year we paid for our car insurance renewal and are still awaiting the original insurance documents. Clements say to allow 3 weeks for delivery and because we still haven't yet received any originals chased them up yesterday and the reply was a second set will be posted out but now to allow for four weeks for delivery. One of our pals who also insures through Clements is experiencing exactly the same problems. Are any other Clements Insurance customers facing the same problems?
