contacting SKY.IT

We have recently encountered some difficulty in making contact with SKY.IT.Their website only allows us to reach a point where we can actually describe our problem and then just goes to sleep. We have e-mailed every SKY.IT e-mail address we can find in addition to replying to every e-mail we have ever received and every one comes back as “undeliverable,” recipient unknown,” etc.Their 800 number gives us many choices, says that they “have received our problem and if not resolved soon” we can call another number. We can no longer record or view programs.Anyone have any ideas short of going to their offices and strangling someone, if, in fact, there is intelligent life-form there?Pardon the venting, however........................Thanks
