Hi Everyone,Am looking for advice

What sort of advice are you looking for?  Parts of Sicily will be warmer than other parts.  some parts are coldand have snow.   If mild weather is paramount, look at the seaside which is always  warmer than inland, but also more humid.

As far as long winter stays go, your best bet it to find a holiday home and then make a cheeky offer for using it out of season.   You will need heating wherever you are, and most seaside holiday homes have nothing.  This will reduce your list of possibles hugely.    Try sites like subito.it which also have holiday homes and short term lets.
