Looking for info on property management

Hi broo73,We have just puchased in Northern Tuscany and went through a similar excercise, although we are not renting out our property.We found a Property Manager in Lucca. They are charging us once off fees to set up the property- utilities, assist with tradesmen etc. The fees seem reasonable. They will also charge EUR77 per month plus VAT to manage the property. This is only basic services such as check on the property, pay bills, hold the key etc. Any cleaning is charged at an hourly rate.From my experience it was actually quite difficult to find a Property Manager that was interested in managing our property. You may have better luck because you will rent the property and thererfore your management fees will be higher.Hope this helps.
