New Recycling System

We've just come back from the UK and noticed all the new door to door recycling bins all over the place. We had a letter before we left but were unable to attend the info sessions they had here in Penna San Giovanni - believe it involves Gualdo, Monte San Martino and S'ant Angelo. Anyone have info about what goes where - we can't seem to find out about tins and plastics and if the bags for general waste are provided at some central point or do we just buy blue or yellow ones. We used to take all our recycling to the area in Penna, not sure if that is still there either? Have tried all the websites but info a little lacking. Think its a great idea though. Any info welcome!Thanks
