Argentine Cardinal Bergoglio is the new Pope and will be known as Francis I? The first Jesuit to become a Pope, he is very much loved in Argentina, where many consider him a saint.

We had a similar case a couple of years ago. Called the locksmith who was able to fix it. Expensive "visit" but less expensive and messy than having to change the lock.
I agree with Pamela. Unless you know what you are doing and you are ready to check all documents, you need a lawyer.
Thanks, Alan. It sounds great and very reasonable in price. Regarding hotel bookings, we usually go to Italy via the French Riviera and many times we have found that several hotels look as if they were fully booked on the Web and then, ringing the hotel direct you find that there are vacancies.
This is my favourite version and I always prepare it for my daughters when I go to San Francisco. I gave the recipe in the old Forum, and you will find some other suggestions as well. I agree with Flip and it is happening everywhere. I recently attended a conference in Spain organised by Caritas where it was pointed out the increase in the number of families seeking assistance not only in Spain but also throughout Europe. And they said that the new "poor" do not fill the ordinary profile. They start to see middle class families who, through unemployment or under employment, start to come to their centres asking for basic food items and general help.

I was stung by a wasp last year when I was in Italy.... to be precise, we were visiting Montefegatessi, and I only went to the chemist to get some cream which will help with the pain and swelling, which lasted a couple of months. But just as Allan and Sprostoni said, it all depends on the individual and some suffer severe allergic reactions which need professional advice and care. In those cases, go to the hospital or the nearest Red Cross post, they will know what to do.
Bravo Sprostoni! One further clarification, EpiPen can be translated as "Autoiniettore di epinefrina"; however, the trade name EpiPen is known in Italy.
Well Terry, a Spanish expert expressed a similar view yesterday.... So you are not alone.
I can only hope that my neighbours will be watering my plants as promised!!!!
