4 years into being self-employed and my husband's Accountant announced he should be paying INAIL. Claimed it wouldn't be very much. Just received a demand for €4,903.00 of which €1,700.00 is interest and charges going back to 2008.

It has come to my attention that I may have inadvertently misled in an earlier post. In response to a member asking for recommendations I posted not to bother contacting Michael as I had misunderstood a mail from his office.

Looking for advice/guidance on the above subject. I am planning on purchasing satellite broadband and had hoped that it was possible to use satellite dish also for TV.

Having washed guests' white bedlinen and towels I have found yellow stains (again). Unfortunatley not visible until washed then left with a creamy yellow stain. I think it is caused by the high factor creams.

Does anyone know where I can buy Malt Vinegar?  Wanting to pickle some of the excess crop and recipes are generally needing Malt Vinegar.  Alternatively if no one else found Malt Vinegar around here what are you using instead and how successful is

We have a very large, old, protected oak tree in our garden.  This year for the first time (or at least first time noticed) it is dropping what appears to be tiny black seeds - the size of a lettuce seed.  If you are close to the tree it sounds li

Badger, thanks for the Lidl link; I will keep an eye on their specials.  Made my first batch yesterday - tomatoe, fig and caramelised onion.  In search of cloves today then I shall also be making the more spicy tomatoe and fruit chutneys - yum.   We had so many tomatoes I have been bottling them for weeks and now have enough to keep us going all winter and some.

Last year's party was such fun though it would never have been the same without poor Alfie.  Happy birthday to Ralph and Polar Bear too wherever they are.

Ram - nothing in Lidl recently but if you hear of another "English" special let me know and I will stock up for next year. Angie - as Fig chutney is on my list of "to do" then Red Wine it will be until I get someone driving over to stock me up.  Might even decide the red wine is nicer and forgo the Malt all together.  Thanks for your replies. Now I just need to find some coriander seed that will grow into plants rather than more seed:-(

Agree totally Sprostini.  The last rain I referred to delivered a nice new built stone wall 200m further down the garden than intended.  Also we have 650m of white road from main road down to us and the usual delivery of heavy rain involves road turning into river, expensive stones from road ending up in woods and husband out with his zapper trying to keep the water running down the side of the road and not creating new gulleys.  If we're really lucky the farmers field behind/above us stays behind/above us!!  Fun heh:-)

We've had none since beginning of June and temperatures are around 37-38 every day.  Even at midnight it's 30 degrees, with the lowest overnight temperature we have seen in weeks being 27 degrees.

I am not sure if you have a problem with your computer but both mails you sent to us have come through with some very strange characters.  We have replied to both mail and assuming you have not received them?

We hire man and digger here in Ripatransone on a regular basis for various clients and he charges €50 per hour (him and digger) for levelling, terracing, holes etc.  I suspect you are too far for Gabrielli but hope this helps with idea of cost.
