Any one got a digger?

Hello one and all, I have a property project sitting on a hillside in Castignano, Le Marche. The land could do with being cleared / levelled a bit around the house. Does any one know of a 'man with a digger' in the area. I would image it would need to be a JCB type dozer, as the earth needs to be moved around a bit, and I think that a caterpillar tracked one would be a bit slow. I have no idea how to operate one - but if it's possible to hire one that's perhaps an option - I'm sure my wife would love the idea of chasing me around in a JCB :) Any ideas welcome.
