There are many sites around where you can search by numbers and area, this type of place may be of use. We were there many years ago and at other places in the area, unfortunately the best we know does not take children.
Same site for the calc, if you have it right then the answer is 6 month if it's this "6 month" and a year if later... Normally they have 2 payments per year (June and December) and the rate for each are set as late as possible
Well there has been lots on this and all seems quite clear that it will only apply to properties sold after the start of this tax year (6th Apr 2015). However this document is the result of the "consultation" and gives the Finance Bill 2015 as the Act it is covered under. The Act will be published if you feel better looking it up.
IPER pescara nord did sell them, but you should be able to get them at you local furniture shop... These are not always easy to spot, small display windows etc, but don't be put off just because you can't see what you want, go in and ask as they are very helpful and often don't carry everything, but will order for you. More important they will likely deliver free and make sure everything is ok... Failing that I'm sure Mercatone (?) will have them...
There are a lot of English people in your area, but not many of them are on this forum, they are on a local Abruzzo forum. Garden tables are numerous.... But best buy heavy if you need small tables as they will be over in the gusts you get here (even in summer). You can also get beer tables with folding legs, which most Italians seem to have. If you want something more quality looking, thn there are many shops/ferramentas selling such stuff around the time you are buying... A great adventure, hope all goes well and you enjoy it as much as we have over the last few years...
