Hello everyone, this message is ideally for people who live or plan to live in Abruzzo, but it can do also for centre of Italy or Italy in general. My name is Angelo.
Hi Nicola, thanks for the post and congratulations for what you have accomplished basically by yourselves! That's great! Can I ask you where you bought your second property? Is it in the same place where you bought the first one? Are you renting it out? It's interesting to see what foreigners already settled in Italy for a few years think of house purchase and investments. I am in Abruzzo. I know you are in Molise :). Thanks for reading and maybe I'll hear from you sometime soon :). Ciao e grazie!
Hi William you might be able to resolve it by contacting directly the Conservatoria dei Reigistri Immobiliari (which is an office of the Agencia delle Entrate in your province). You will surely find out why it has not been cancelled and how you can do it, so to have everything clear and tidy before you try to sell again. Take care. Angelo
Hi Didiman hope you are well. I live in Abruzzo and am always interested in properties, their difficulties and complications. The process of learning and experiencing is endless.Whereabouts in Abruzzo are you referring to?If you like we can communicate and exchange contact details to talk sometimes and maybe share some thoughts about the current issue. We can always become friends! Take care. Angelo
Hi Katie, hope you and your friends are well. I saw the post. I live in Abruzzo. I can speak a good English and I am very passionate about properties. If your friends want to communicate with me, maybe they have questions or doubts etc. I can help over the phone or help them get the answers they need by mediating with the people who do not speak English. Like I said I am passionate about properties, I like to discover and know more every time. In addition, I can imagine how complicate can be for a foreigner to deal with the complex matter of purchasing a house here and move countries.Hope to hear from you and your friends. Take care, Angelo
Hello, the first thought I had it's that the answer why that is a problem for the Comune it's exactly here:The project involves adding a kitchen sink to a small cottage in the grounds of the main house- so not part of the main building. That may be the problem, rather than the plumber himself.I believe that the architect or the professional who is managing the project has got the answers to the whys and to the hows.Angelo
Hi Paul,I am sorry to hear what happened to you.Try with:https://www.consumatori.it/welcome/ http://www.euroconsumatori.org/143.htmlhttps://www.aduc.it/Good luck!Angelo
