Italian Sky vs Italian Freesat

I know that with an Italian Sky digibox when you are watching English films and dramas etc you can select the English language. Does anyone know if that function is available on Italian Freesat digiboxes i.e. a non Sky box bought from a TV shop as opposed to from Sky itself.Thanks for any help.Martin Vicary
