i stayed with ENEL (you know devil you know etc) but i was talking only yesterday with my butcher who has pretty hefty electric bills for his store 350-450 a month. He told me as he was trying to save where he could that he made a contract with these people.anyway the bills were/are pretty much the same but one day he realized that he was receiving bills more than once(it happens in business that maybe you just pay the bills and don't always pay too much attention.the bottom line was over a period of 36 monthly bills they had sent /charged and got the money for 45 bills 9 double bills in other words, although he was pissed off he thought simply informing them and they would adjust everything...not a bit of it he is now having to pay a lawyer and go down that road!!!so devil you know OR new devil?

When the UK deregulated there were loads of complaints about people who had changed supplier without realising it. And now its happeneing here. I was in the Enel office the other day and all the people in the queue had chaned their supplier to one of the new companies without having signed anything, asked or requested. So be very wary if someone comes and offers you a fabulous new contract, because you may find that you have been changed!
