Doing business in Italy

 Some people may be interested in the impressively low rankings achieved by Italy in this year's World Bank Report on the ease of doing business in world economies.  Seventy-eighth in the world overall - and evidently even lower in many categories.Because Italy is so low down in the world list, it's hard to see the category headings without scrolling up and down all the time.
