What should we expect ?

We are anticipating costs from our geometra on our new build for collaudo+bolli and prove laborat and also conformita we have been given different ideas of costs and different ways of describing what is required by our geometra. can anyone help? Also how is marche da bollo worked out by the commune?

we built a home in Termoli and told the builder the only thing we wanted to do was show up at settlement.  We negotiated a price, signed the contract and literally showed up 2 years later.  There are so many "what if" and "well this is how you do it this way"  all the contractors know how to navigate the waters so my recommendation is make sure your contractor, architect is knowledgelbe in the ways of the comune and all should be OK

 I guess that it may depend on the particular Comuna and the scope of the works.
