We have acquaintences, two couples, wishing to attend an Italian cooking school, preferably in the general Tuscany area. Any suggestions, recommendations welcome. Thanks, Fred

You can't go wrong with the Cooking School created by author Lorenza de' Medici at Badia a Coltibuono. I think that one of her children does the teaching nowadays. Anyway, have a look at http://www.coltibuono.com

There are a few cooking schools here. Tuscany is a great area, hope you'll find the best for your friends' travel plans!

Valentina, Thanks for the info, a good source. We've had the pleasure of learning Italian cuisine from two neighbor ladies in our village who used to have their own restaurant and still prepare Sunday dinner for their family which includes us. Fred
