i really need help from a lawyer who can tell me about what rights i have regarding the building of my house which as turned in to a nightmare, my house was built at the end of nov 2006 a year later we found dampness, we have complained and complained to no avail, the paint is flaking off inside and outside, i have sent a lawyers letter but they did not answer to it what should be my next step, i was told too go through a tribunal, its not that my son is disabled and the house was somewhere we could bring him too have a holiday but with the dampness we are worried it will affect his health, please help me as i dont understand the italian law.
