Lynx

Yesterday, lounging in our rural setting near Penna San Giovanni, I noticed a cat down near some trees. Firstly I was surprised at the size of it, then I noticed that it didn't seem to have a tail, it had sticky up (pointed) ears and had very striking black and grey stripes particularly around it's back and rear end. It came within 30/40 metres of where I was sitting, and I thought................gosh that looks like (what I would think) a lynx ! Do they have them here in rural Le marche ? S
