Have you 'Googled' yet?  A quick check on 'second hand left hand drive cars' throws up some dealers that may have what you are looking for

If you search on Ebay you'll find lots of LHD cars, both from private sellers and dealerships

Might be worth having a look in Germany. Well-maintained cars are available there, and you can get the train up to buy. Much best to take it straight to the UK, MoT and tax it, then return to Italy.
