Funghi - best restaurants in Italy where to eat them

During my walks in the Italian woods I've found many nice mushrooms.. but always stopped from picking up them.. you never know.. It is always recommended to eat them in a trattoria and ristorante, actually they can offer so many good regional recipes that it is really worth taking a break and have lunch.. but where??? Please suggest the best places in Italy where you have eaten delicious mushroom-based dishes!
