English football

We have lived in Umbria for three years and are still learning the language, but we have always enjoyed watching English Premiership football with English commentaries. From the start of this football season Sky have stopped transmitting English commentaries. I have contacted Sky only to be told that they are having " technical problems ". We recently watched the England v France game, with would you believe, English commentary!! Any thoughts please.Frank White.
