I've gone with personalized Italy and found them absolutely incredible. They can arrange anything, anywhere in Italy and I did a vespa street tour in Rome, tours through the Borghese gardens, first class hotels. Annie is who I talk too.

They will be very glad to help you and suggest you great ideas for your vacation. Among other things, the Spaltenna Castle is located in Gaiole in Chianti, a very beautiful place named by Forbes in 2008 as "most idyllic place where to live in Europe".
