A Rome court refused an appeal Tuesday to lift an arrest warrant for ex-Lazio icon Giorgio Chinaglia in a case of alleged threats and share-fixing during an attemped takeover of his old club.
But the court lifted a second warrant relating to suspected recycling of drugs money by the notorious Neapolitan mafia 'Casalesi' clan.
Chinaglia, 61, has been a fugitive from Italian justice for two years and works as a New York soccer pundit.
