(ANSA) - Civil protection authorities have issued a flood alert for the Emilia Romagna region ahead of heavy rain expected over the next 30 hours.
The alert was issued for the region's mountain areas as well as for plains where the cities of Bologna, Ferrara, Forli' and Ravenna are located.
A warning was also issued for navigation in the Adriatic because of forecast high winds and seas.
