(ANSA) - Italian designer Roberto Cavalli has given supermodel Kate Moss her first job on her comeback after a cocaine scandal.
Cavalli has chosen Moss as the image for his 2006 Spring-Summer collection.
A promo photo has already been released showing a buff, bronzed Moss in a dreamy pose up against a tree.
"I chose Kate as a mark of my affection for a person who has always shown great professionalism," the flamboyant Italian designer said. Moss went into the photo-shoot a week after coming out
of a drug rehab clinic in Arizona. Cavalli sources said she was in "excellent" shape, accompanied by her daughter Lily and her nanny.
Moss, who was dropped by Chanel, Burberry and Swedish stylists H&M after photos appeared of her sniffing cocaine, has received an offer from another Italian fashion house, Iceberg.
Eager to get her career back on track, she has already posed for Vanity Fair which put her on the cover of its latest edition. H&M replaced her on its new Stella McCartney line with young Italian model Maria Carla Boscono.
