AC Milan said Friday they weren't aware of David Beckham's reported plans to train with them when the US soccer championship ends in January.
But they said they had ''no problem'' with the idea if it materialises.
''I don't know anything about this story but if David Beckham were to decide to train with us there would be absolutely no problem,'' said Managing Director Adriano Galliani.
The international press has reported that Beckham would like to train and possibly play in Europe after his team the Los Angeles Galaxy winds up its season.
He trained with Arsenal last winter but is reportedly seeking another club this time.
Beckham, 33, knows he needs top-class football if he is to add to his 107 England caps - the last against Belarus on Wednesday.
Galliani recalled Milan had been interested in the England star when he was set to leave Real Madrid in the summer of 2007.
''Beckham was close to Milan back then but I haven't heard from him since the day before he decided to go to the Galaxy.
''So I'm not aware of his plans''.
