[Take Two] Changing plans after permissions granted

Submitted by brancusi on

Apologies if this has now been posted twice - I did post it but couldn't find it anywhere - so this is take two!

We're getting close to finalising our house design in the Fermo region and I'm wondering what sort of changes can be made to the design once permissions have been granted - and at what cost.

I'm pretty sure the footprint won't change - but for example, could we move the position of some windows, swap a window for a french door, change the internal layout etc once the comune have granted permission to build?

If we could make changes - I'd be surprised if it was free - does anyone have an idea how much variations are likely to cost?

Cricket

Hi, was wondering if anybody out there has good information on cricket in Italy. Our club tour each april for 5 or 6 days and many of us would like to visit Italy. My initial explorations seem to indicate Lazio is a good spot in regards clubs, airport, resorts, but I'm particularly interested in any cricket in Sardinia - though can't find anything on that. Thanks for reading, any feedback gratefully received.

Is there an Italian "top-up" pension equivalent to pension credit?

Submitted by getsett on

As there is such a wealth of knowledge in the Community I wonder if anyone has any advice/ suggested links about this query which I am posting for a friend who lives in Italy and is now an Italian resident. She is retired and receives a very small UK state pension. If she were resident in the UK still it is probably likely she would qualify for pension credit. Is there an Italian equivalent "top-up" pension to which she might be entitled? Any advice would be gratefully received.
