I thought I would start a new thread on this for easy access. Have been researching the sufa top fans which generate heat and circulate it from being positioned on top of your wood burning stufa.Visited friends last night who have bought 2 from the uk on the advice of neighbours. They are impressed with the effeciency after persuading the English company to deliver to Italy. Costing is £65 each.The company iswww.roundwoodtrading.com.Going to give it a try, they advertise 14% improvement on heat circulation.

I have used one of these for about two years. Bought mine from a company in Canada. My wood burning stove is small so I bought the smaller version of the fan. It does not push the air very much and I would definitely want the larger fan if I had a bigger area to heat.
