Help understanding property listing system.Having a bit of difficulty grasping the Italian real estate for sale listing system, protocols, etc.
“Technical" question on Notaio function What is the responsibility of a Notaio to ascertain the “validity” of the method of payment at the closing of a real estate sale in Italy?

Thanks all for your responses. We are aware of anaphalactic shock, etc. Have not seen horseflys around the grapes before. She has not had any other adverse reaction other than itching and headache so we are still in the dark. Will look a bit more carefully into the leaves before picking in the future. BTW, the grapes this year are not too great in our (Lunigiana) area. Thanks again, Fred

Thanks for the input, guys. We are dealing with farm property, "garage' for "farm equipment" not to be "permanent," which restricts choices to prefab; metal or wood, or wooden structure. Stone, concrete, etc. not in the cards. Thanks, Fred
Thanks, Alan, we are squared away as far as permissions are concerned. Would be interested to know of any cost comparative experiences by anyone. The site is level, hardpacked, easily accessible by equipment, however subject to some periodic pretty stiff winds. We have the capability to "stickbuild" should that be the best solution. Fred
Cannot think of any instance buying land in Italy without going through a Notaio. Full Stop.

Valentina, Thanks for the info, a good source. We've had the pleasure of learning Italian cuisine from two neighbor ladies in our village who used to have their own restaurant and still prepare Sunday dinner for their family which includes us. Fred
