They do something similar to that in Florence, dress in all white and bring tables, wine glasses etc. I haven't yet gotten to visit but it does sound interesting :).

Hello! It seems like you have caught the Italy bug which I can totally get, this country does have its effect. You are right that jobs, especially temporary ones here, aren't very good. What I would recommend is doing something from home that you can do abroad online, is there anything that might fit for you? Otherwise your options are quite limited to teaching enlish, most other kinds of roles require a longer time commitment. It also heavily depends on where you are going, it might be worth reaching out to local schools in the area or businesses you are interested in.

Hello, its a tough question because everyone's experience is quite different. For example. I started off teaching English which is completely possible but it can be quite difficult when you have to hop all over the city. Often people will ask you to play with their kids in English as well. There are possibilities to do other work but it depends on your skill set and whether or not you have the legal paperwork to actually work there (it is stricter than it used to be)

Have you tried Dario's places in Panzano? I love taking people there because he offers a few different options for budgets. I loved my simple (very meat-based) meal at MacDario :).

Hello again! I will give you the email of my guy, his name is Tomaso Francalanci and he is based from Florence. He does my accounting and has a pretty wide network too. I hope this helps  tommasofrancalanci@commercialisti.fi.it.

I also encourage you not to focus on the Amanda Knox trial as this does not represent studying in Perugia or the general life in that area.

Hello, I needed to show residency and my carta d'identita in order to open up a partita iva. You should stop by the CGIL or one of these organizations to ask if this is convinient for you with the income you are making to open it up, also a bilingual commercialista would be key.
