What would you think of this property, those of you already living in italy?

Ah, okay. I guess I should try to find something like a specific forum. Atessa, the tip about olive trees is a good one. I was looking around the town in question as well as the specific property and there are olive trees. I think I see oleander also. Thanks guys!
Thank you SO MUCH Atessa! I have sent hima note about the property. We shall see. Maybe we can make this like the good old Italy magazine, which I sadly missed out on.
Well, I have certainly seen more than enough. *sigh* It's upsetting to me because I get all riled up over the things someone says, and then I'm tempted to jump in the middle. But that would surely make me guilty of the very behavior I despise. I really do wonder why this happens in forums. It doesn't happen much on Facebook. It doesn't happen on the blogs I visit, unless they happen to be political. But this is the second forum for ex pats in Italy, and I haven't been back to the other one because people were so nasty to each other.
Oddly enough, I could not find the listing on your English agent's site. I went way low and way high in price. It may be a "bait" listing. Something to get you to contact them so they can say, "oh, it's sold but..."
Ha ha! Well, Steve, it sounds like there is a story behind that evaluation. :) Thank you for the link. He had some very affordable properties listed. Somehow I've ended up in Lanciano in Google Street view, so I've been looking around. It's quite a major town. Love Google Street view!!!

Thank you, Kica! :)
Yes, I do look at satellite view. What is wrong with a quarry? Lots of trucks and dust, I guess.

Rebellion? Lost members? Anarchy and riots? Civil disobedience? It should only encourage friendships and the sharing of information. Bah.
Lois, I'm in the same boat! We can goad each other on. :)

Thank you, Bruno. It looks like a sweet place to me. Not ready to buy, but want to get a feeling for the areas.
