Can ayone recommend a Geometra in

Sorry I was quoted €5.000

The cost of the project is in direct connection with the square meters of the house, if you find a geometra who makes a project for 1700 euros, you have found a person who works without the right qualifications and surely does not pay the taxes - If instead It only necessity  the plan of how your home is made, this design is filed with the office of the land registry where your home is located, to have a copy, you will have to pay 6 euros.

Thank you for you reply and information so the price quoted for €5.000 could be correct? Does the cost vary in terms of the type of plan you want?  

The €5.000 was the Geometra fee.. for plans to oversee project and submit the plans plus finding builders which i have found and can do. Hence why I asked does the fee for a Geometra vary depending on the plan you require or want?

I would love to see, at least talk to her customers, or see what she can do ... before paying an advance ..

Hi Yasmin, surely you can ask the Geometra to break down his/her services to corrsponding prices, i.e. so much for drawing up the plans, so much for submitting the plans, so much for overseeing the works on site etc, so as you can pick and chose which service if any you want
