Whilst trying to organise the shipment of some Kingspan K17 to Puglia, my attention was drawn to a multi- layered foil product called  TRI ISO SUPER 10 at only 30mm thick it apparently can be as effective as 210mm of rockwool, it turns out I can buy this for less than  the cost of shipping out the K17. I've read conflicting reports. Has anybody used it and does it really work? Do tell!

Just the same as homemade limoncello-soak the orange zest in 96% alcohol (10 oranges to 1 litre ) and leave for a fortnight or more.Dissolve 500g sugar in 1 litre of boiling water . Strain the alcohol mixture into a bowl and add the sugar syrup. Add a little more water to dilute to taste.Filter and bottle. cin cin!

The local Ferramenta (Iron monger) should have them, I got a big long handled aluminium spatula thing for 20 euros  and he stocks the metal brushes too. He might not have them on display at the moment, so just ask. Home made pizze  are hard to beat!
